Evaluation plans have an important contribution towards improving the prevailing practices of an organization. Nursing profession demands high level of precision in its routine. I have tried to compare and contrast my abilities to ensure meeting the benchmark. This is an evaluation plan which aims to recognize qualities and weaknesses associated with 4 core areas. It talks about how the present leadership abilities might utilize nurses to promote change in the work environment. To bring a change in the practices the managers have to assume changes themselves. At an organization workers have different perceptions and attitudes towards work. The companies, who wish to improve their execution, have to evaluate their current practices. Evaluation is a very sensitive activity. Transparency has to support the whole process through out. Nursing profession is itself a delicate job, where nurses' personal perceptions add onto the smooth execution of professional tasks. Nurses are prone to psychological hindrances as well which might stop them give their hundred percent.

This plan of evaluation seeks for identifying an individual's need for growth. It aims to construct educational trainings sessions, activities, career planning and self appraisal. Researchers have surveyed the standards and benchmark for maintaining the needed moral and ethical conduct which in turn support the nursing profession. They also sought for additional affiliations and official approvals in the required field (Sherman & Pross, 2010). On my personal level, I have found these evaluations as a reflective approach to my skills in nursing administration. It makes me more professional and accountable for my practices. I remained engaged with my job related educational trainings that helped in progression and enhanced my expert abilities.
