This discipline will allow advancement in development of new curriculum. The bachelor level programs will be designed which will provide; learning opportunities to the students obtain degrees in bachelors for nursing license. By initiating the program university is trying to fulfill the existing demand of nurses and faculty. The shortage of nurses is in the country, for which this program has been started so that the need can be met. The main objective of the institute is to provide quality education to the working people and underserved students so that they can be given a chance to obtain a degree in the nursing field. Accessibility to higher education is made easier by not going through rigorous examination along flexible scheduling so that a student can maintain work life balance. Practitioner faculty is provided to the student which brings experience along with the degree. The curriculum design is centralized University of Phoenix. (2012).
