Provide details on practical implementation

This is the analysis of the disaster recovery planning in small business organization. To find the key steps of this organization I will conduct an in-depth interview of the small, medium and large size organization. Although my major focus is small business both other business interview will help me to compare their strategies to achieve the desired outcome and turn down the hurdles occurs in emergency.

Provide details on practical implementation

Although my plan is to conduct an in-depth interview because according to Hollway & Jefferson, (1997). In-depth interview will helpful to gather the key finding of the business performance. Interview is supposed to be minimum duration of 40 minutes.

After conducting an interview the next step is to compare the finding among organization and as well as with past studies (literatures) (Fallara, 2003) and text books to identify either small business organization perform accordingly or not.
