Introduction

Gone were the days when education was given secondary importance. We are living in 21st century, the world of modern technology and multitasking, where we can build and develop innovative and modern educational facilities by utilizing technological advancements and innovative learning techniques to make our children the best and competitive talent for future growth.

Education makes people aware of different things as well as it widens the thought process of a person, it builds a sense to distinguish between good and bad. School is place for primary and secondary level education. At the primary level a child's brain is like a clean whiteboard you can write whatever you want to and this became the basics for his future.

Discussion

In order to make them 'the best' we need to invade innovative and technical learning methodologies, so that a student would not feel boar when going to school. There are more than a dozen advantages of aligning the study methods with modern technology. It does not only enable a student to learn but it focuses more of developing a thought process i.e. knowledge base education in a manner that, a student can have the deep-insight and practical knowledge. (Wildman et.al, 1997)

Infrastructure and environment plays an integral role in educational development. Building and designing a school for the 21st century needs to be structurally well. Separate classroom and in-house training facilities i.e. modern and well equipped libraries and computer labs, huge auditoriums. New Technology Foundation (NTF) since eight years NTF is engaged in developing new and modern schools and in this regard they had helped more than 51 communities in more than 10 states and develop high schools with new technology. A high tech class room consists of what we called state of the art technological facilities where students are making online journals, accessing digital libraries, designing the back end programming and software coding. (Le & Kazis, 2009)

In order to produce new talent and to groom the older ones, a school should promote the culture of continuous improvement. This culture promotes and enhances the learning curve of a student and in result his work became a piece of personification. For example: brainstorming and interactive learning sessions could increase the productivity of learning.
