Introduction

Since the beginning of times, human beings have been making attempts and taking measures to ensure better and appropriate communication, which does not only assist them in delivering the message properly but is also aimed at creating stable and more reliable relations. It is eminent to mention here that the same efforts, combined with the inborn sense of communication, have led to the development of various forms and types of communication, with the most noticeable and prominent types being verbal and non-verbal communication. I would start my speech with the definition of demonstrative communication, which says that it is the most reliable as well as organized manner of delivering message and make expression of feelings and emotions (Huffman and Davis, 2011). It is considered one of the best methods for the delivery of message and ensures that the receiver gets the exact gist of the topic under discussion. One must ensure that various aspects and factors are kept in consideration while focusing on demonstrative communication, and the most essential aspects include non verbal and the unwritten forms of communication, including facial expression, body language and the tone of voice. These factors do not only make the communication more meaningful and appropriate, but also add to the effectiveness of communication and make the process more efficient.

Demonstrative communication can be effective in a number of manners, for instance, the tone of voice decides the actual meaning of the words and the same phrase uttered in different tones can provide different meanings.
