The Challenges towards Democratization in Hong Kong and Singapore
Abstract
The study aims at investigating the challenges between Hong Kong and Singapore for the democratization. The economic growth of the two countries had an impact on democratization as the rapid economic growth enhances the democracy in the state due to economic stability. In near future, survival of the small states that exists in the society is identified through this research. Moreover, the ranking of the two states will be helpful in identifying the democracy that exists among the state. This is a very controversial issue as there are mix thoughts regarding democracy in Hong Kong and Singapore as they are semi democratic states. The future of the state lies in the democratic elections that will make the final decision regarding the democracy either in Hong Kong or in Singapore. This study suggests the economic growth has a positive effect on the democracy of the state as the citizens can speak for their rights and authority when the state is economically stable. There is a view that Singapore civilians should learn from Hong Kong citizen as to fight against the freedom for the absolute democratic state.

The Challenges towards Democratization in Hong Kong and Singapore
Introduction
The political changed is observed in Singapore and Hong Kong as to acquire the democratic state. Despite of rapid growth development in Singapore there is a low level of continuous politics that exists in the state. The two cities that are Hong Kong and Singapore showed the reaction of the government and political regime. The political analysis of the democratization in Hong Kong and Singapore are identified via Meta analysis that identifies the democratic growth with the help of empirical research (Ortmann, 2009, pp.1).
The finance and economic performance of the two states prevails competition. There is a need of identifying democracy among the two states. The Hong Kong civilians have guts to fight against the freedom that is needed for the democratic states as they have the interference of China and they have to work with China for the economic gains and political strength of the state. Moreover, the Hong Kong stands on the upper grade than Singapore as their civilians have the strength to fight against their freedom and democratic state that is necessary for citizens to live a care free life (Hong Kong Versus Singapore, 2013, pp.1).
Hong Kong and Singapore Relationship
The relationship between Hong Kong and Singapore is in the rivalry as Singapore never beat their rivals due to the liberty that is given tot eh civilians of the state. The freedom that is given to the civilians in these countries is they should free to express their views; they should fight against their rights and so on so fourth.
