In June 1776, Thomas Jefferson draft the Declaration of Independence in Philadelphia over the veil secrecy imposed. The country was devastated military and political uncertainty. At a time when the king on behalf of King George III to rule with an iron fist, uncaring to civilization, he never knew. At the time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. is made up of 13 colonies under the rule of King George III of England in. It was a time of growing unrest in the colony with regard to taxes that were paid in England. This was generally referred to as "taxation without representation" as the colonists had no representation in the English Parliament, and did not say what on. This is the beginning of the uprising in the wind colonist from North to South. Many people believe that the English form of government is no longer an acceptable way for a person to be considered. As unrest grew in the colonies, King George III sent the additional troops to help control the insurgency.
