TASK 1
The Process of Research
This paper follows a qualitative research approach. Quantitative research is less subjective as compare to qualitative approach of research. They both are different approaches and used different techniques of collecting information, but the two major types of data are secondary data and primary data. As stated before, this study chose the first research approach. Such a research is open and preliminary. The research is conducted through secondary data collection and the data is collected from several sources, for example Internet and libraries. Various sources of information and data has been searched for collection of data. Firstly, in any study, it is important to clearly understand the object of study and propose a clear goals to follow-up researches. Secondly, after information collection from several secondary sources regarding the subject is significant. Proper research can be done to describe a capable person, the test sample should be sent to examine a range of sources (O'Connor, 2009, pp.96).
The Study Design
The research is done through the research interpretation in philosophy that says that the business world is complex. In order to done the research in effectiocve manner, research will be done to explore the phenomenon of business decision making. There's more bias in the qualitative study pattern as compare to quantitative study pattern. Qualitative research techniques have more capability of collecting data and can collect primary and secondary data. As discussed above, this research is suported by methods, and early training. Qualitative design of study is comparatively less costly than quantitative design of syudy and is the most effectual in information collection. Qualitative research design is the method of selection when collection of data is qualitative (Reyna, 2007, pp.147-159).
Sampling
The research primarily depends on the accuracy of the size of sample. The collected data are accurate when the size of sample is large. Therefore, the size of sample is not smaller than 100 groups of sample. The size of sample for the survey comprises of 100 individuals to whome surveyers were contacted. The replies of the suveyed people will be collected by a questionnaire and they will be divided in various groups. Likert scale will be used to analyse the data in which the answers of respondents will be examined on scale of 1 to 7. Where, 1 denotes “very unimportant”; 2 denotes “unimportant”; 3 denotes “somewhat unimportant”; 4 denotes “neither important nor unimportant”; 5 denotes “somewhat important”; 6 denotes “important”; and 7 denotes “very important.”
