As controller of Human assets, it has come to my vigilance that there are some difficulties with how managers come to the conclusions that they do, when completing worker performance reconsiders. After reconsidering some of the latest worker performance reviews and discerning these identical workers while they work. Irealized that some of the data that was asserted in the performance reconsiders was incorrect or incomplete to other information that was in the worker records.
