Introduction

From the time I started my job, I faced a multitude of situations that have annoyed me. I have tried to use my decision making and leadership qualities to counter these problems. An attitude is said to be consistent when all elements elicit similar evaluative judgments. Intra-attitudinal inconsistency arises when some of these elements are positive in nature, while others are negative.
