Mr. and Mrs. A bought the first house they saw. In this decision that they made, they forgot a crucial step. This step was to “explore the alternatives”. Without alternatives, their decision could be wrong. It may be possible that if they explored the alternatives they could get better prices and houses that were much better in various aspects.
