Introduction

In United States, the U.N. Bankruptcy Codes are categorized into different Chapters. All general conditions, such as definitions, waiver of sovereign resistance, relief entitlement, proviso related to petition paper of bankruptcy, and agencies related to credit counseling are defined in Chapter 1. It is also notable that there is no even number Chapter except Chapter 12.
