Introduction

The story by Arthur Miller that is Death of a Salesman revolved around the modern tragedies that are not bound by the principles of Aristotle. Majority of the tragedies revolves around the life of an ordinary person and the problems faced by them in their lives, a Willy Loman, rather than the person with high status. Therefore, it is interesting that the terminology, Death of a Salesman, suggest a drama of older times. Moreover, Willy Loman's gave tragedy to his life to discover that he had squandered. The fact that there are still many Willy in the earth is because man is subject to the superseding needs of society or technology annihilated as an individual. the work is even more primitive. Like many myths and classic dramas, Death of a Salesman is a story about violence within families; moreover, Miller also includes several suggestions to the classical mythology.

Children future has become an area of concern for Willy. His major concern is Biff ,He is thirty four years old and still unable to establish himself and still unemployed because he have not got enough education. Physical health the important aspects for Willy children, they want to be judge advocate by profession and they are athletic. These expectations appreciated by Willy, which ends up not the way he assumed. On the other hand, William led a double life terms with a Boston woman. He was continuously suffering to see patch of his wife.. Death of a Salesman is the story of survival and struggle of an American family. William Loman is the father, along with his wife Linda and their two sons Biff and Happy. They lived in a house surrounded by buildings in New England. His father salary is declining and presently they are living a very remarkable live because of thirty-five years of hard work by Williams (Feder, 1964).Unstable economy ant the fading energy of Williams required the help from his children but he did not get proper respect. Ruthless economic system victimize William, he had given his life for making the future of his children, as low performances expelled without pity. So entire life efforts are talking to him and showing him what he have done in his life and what he is getting in return. He denied a job opportunity in the post office it is not his career job but in this world only current performance prevails. It summarizes the character in one sentence that cannot eat the orange and then pull the skin. That will do just. On the day of his death he closed the door to William and his son Biff, who discovered her father with another woman. at the end of the work he criticizes its existence, which is the same as it has tried to impose.
