The main purpose of this paper is to diagnose the strategy used in the book “Dead Man Working”. The paper is an analysis of the ways through which the author has diagnosed what is wrong with the strategic decisions made by society or by the main strategists. The paper also discusses the ways through which the author has leaded the reader to new strategic directions for the individuals as well as the society.

In the “Dead Man Working”, Carl Cederstorm and Peter Fleming's have used a very interesting story of a working which has been occurred in a dead world. In this story, the authors have discussed the different aspects and interesting elements of the managerial co-option of life.

Strategy Used by the Author

In this story, the authors have used the strategies which have been used by the capitalists in the world. The authors have discussed this by making the discussion on the capitalist realism which demolishes the work life balance. The author has argued that in the capitalist realism all what remains is life-work instead of the wait for reaching to tsunami.

In this story the author has diagnosed different ways through which the society has made the wrong decisions with respect to strategic decisions. The author has also discussed different complications which have been used by the managerial tactics. The author has also described the anti-capitalist figures, cultures and strategies which are wrong in living a successful and fun living life. The author has discussed another interesting move which have been made in order to assess the checking of the capitalist game in the form of suicide. It has also been done for confirming the length and breadth of different connections which add interest to corporate world.

The authors have also discussed the wrong strategic decisions by making an emphasis on the main characters of dead world of labor. These include the liberal communist i.e. those people who portray capitalists as the perfect fait game by making use of philanthropy in order to enjoy the cultural aspects. Thus, these main aspects have turned out to be the main supporters through which the author has claimed that the strategic decisions were wrong (Cederstrom, Fleming, 2012).

Another fact showing the wrong strategic decisions in this book is the use of postscript on girl. By describing the postscript on girls, the author has discussed the wrong strategic decisions and has served to be the main factor behind wrong decision making. Cederstorm and Fleming have described the proposed death of capitalism in 1970. By describing the proposed death of capitalism, the author has also discussed the prevalence of neoliberal zombie capitalism by claiming that child is now used as the privileged symbol of hope. By describing the wrong strategic decisions, the author has also described that child is the complete reflection of future possibility i.e. the generic presence. The author has also discussed the main difference between the figures of child as girl and boy.
