Daycare Teaching Challenges and its Solutions

Introduction

A classroom in a school consists of many students. Each student possesses different abilities and behaviors. Every learner has certain intelligence level. A teacher faces different challenges regarding it, specifically to deal with hyperactive children.

Discussions

Dealing with hyperactive children is a skill that every teacher may not possibly carry. They face confronts that are associated with every student of their own kind. I am adding a personal observation when I had visited a school.

My Observation

I spent an hour with the children, that was not the sufficient time to completely analysis it. Thus, I had successfully gained much information. I personally have observed the challenges that a teacher faces and how skillfully she deals with it. Though, I had encountered some problems; there was distraction that disturbed my concentration. Still, I had managed to learn the self patience that is extremely important when a person is dealing with others of different nature.

The lectures were helpful and knowledgeable that has increased some of my vocabulary. I have learnt to stay focused when observing. Besides, the technique to visit the class, spent time with students was the right approach to collect the data. I am sharing what I have observed.

Hyperactive Children

Hyperactive children are more active than a normally active person. This is called hyperactivity. It is a detailed term that refers to the physical state in which a kid gets impatient and talkative. (www.nutramed.com) 

 Daycare Teaching Challenges

The initial upbringing of a child starts when he goes to school. Studies state that primary classes are the basic building foundation. A student is like an empty book that can be filled with good or bad learning. It depends on the teacher that how well she treats him/her. The following are the challenges that are generally observed:
