These days, in the modern of rapid development, growth and expansion, it is of prime importance and significance that not only does it make way for these organization to establish such confidential bands and boundaries that not only would help them gain a better understanding and comprehension, but also call for avoiding themselves great security from external forces.

Motivation to Secure Organizational Data

Even today, when competitor organization make way for moving onto the model of collaboration and coordination, it becomes immensely and increasingly difficult that regardless of the changes and the challenges that come with it, there is still a certain level of distance, privacy and confidentiality, observed by companies that are serving in the industry altogether (Layton, 2007).

Still another reason that acts as a motivation for companies and organization is to continue maintaining authenticity and credibility of their firm while maintaining operations and competing with others in the industry (McNab, 2004).

This is by far the most important aspect, since many a times case files and laws suits have generally been targeted upon the attempt to defame a company and shaking the investment of confidence that has been intended and invested by customers and consumers associated and affiliated with the brand or company name.
