Introduction

Every organization that relies upon its external and internal environment uses models and theories through which these organizations can achieve their desired outcome and goals in easier and less expensive ways. Some organizations apply PEST analysis in order to understand the effects of the micro environment towards their organization in which they operate in, and some organizations use Porters Five Forces Model to elaborate the effects of the micro environment in which these organizations operate in.

Different organizations benefit from different types of models and methodologies, just like a human being who sometimes prefer on the job training and sometimes off the job. However, models that deals with the change management process of an organization and how each organization works as a system of itself is rarely seen in the history of business methodologies. One of the most highly renown and used model that deals with such an idea is known as the Congruence Model.

According to this model, an organization can perform up to 2 times better if it can work and perform its processes with flawless results and as a system of itself. Each and every crucial element of an organization is separately identified and defined in order to make sure that these elements are working at up to the mark. According to this model, if these elements are separately improved, whole of the organization and its processes can benefit from it.

However, the discussion on only the congruence model and it pros and cons are not the highlight of this research paper, as this research paper focuses on the application of the congruence model on the CVS Care Mark Cooperation that deals in medical and medicine related activities and services.
