Introduction

The curriculum leadership always has a significant importance in the field of curriculum area. It consists of the specific tasks, methods and the purposes that supports for the curriculum leaders and provides the curriculum with the distinctive advantage within the area and provides the leading position. It is the duty of the management system that deals with the curriculum leadership that the curriculum must be designed in a way that helps in achieving the desired objectives in the society because the curriculum is the major element that has the significant impact upon the education systems. The main and basic aim of the effective curriculum designing is that the objectives must be met on part of the learners. The aim is to assist and provide the learners with the competitive skills and knowledge and also providing them the knowledge of advanced business environments in order to make them prepare for the future businesses. The effectively and adequately designed curriculum ensures the effective development of the leadership in curriculum.

The leaders of the curriculum management carefully consider what needs to be taught to the children that are the future of the societies. They also need to consider in what way the learners are being educated and what system needs to be changed (Fullan, M., 1991). It is all the responsibility of the curriculum leaders to make the effective system of curriculum that runs in the smooth way and they are required to keep the systems updated with the changing business environments. If the leaders manage the systems effectively and efficiently, it gives them the competitive advantage of the curriculum leadership (Bailey, D., 1990).
