Curriculum issues in a professional setting

The three main issues with curriculums in professional settings are identified as:

Fragmentation of curriculums, where the context is not found to be in line with the aim of the curriculum i.e. what the student must know .

Lack of incorporating understanding-based knowledge into the text, in fact it encourages mere rote learning.

The curriculum is not balanced, it seems to be too easy for school and yet too difficult for high school students. It doesn't truly reflect their potential capabilities.
