I. Introduction

More and more, education schoolhouses are being responsible for not tracing the social troubles they did not generate and cannot resolve. Usually all the time they have been responsible for the quality of people they are producing specially who have decided to become administrators & teachers, sometime they are also responsible for producing schools which are not performing well, not only school but also school systems, secondly they are also some time knocked for their inefficiency to minimize the accomplishment gap between the most talented students & untalented students specially studying in America.

II. Two Major Issues

Two major problems which K-12 or higher education is facing right now are.

1. Lack of Proper Educational Administration

In the beginning, the scope of Educational Administration was as of supervisory trainer (in short, its scope was of principal); the area of this field was very limited as because its direction to do work wasn't clearly defined. Sometime the person who was acting as a supervisor becomes teacher, sometime counselor, mentor & janitor. To avoid this thing in 1872, it was officially announced that each & every district will elected a person who will be solely responsible for employing teacher, and then after some time this system helps in producing proper educational Administrators. This issue was important as to produce the quality educational leaders.

2. Skills demanded

For this purpose Educational administration programs were introduced, this program focuses more on producing different skills like educational leadership , ,knowledge of supervision ,management & administration.
