Introduction

A global organization is the one which has its business operation around the globe. The people working in such organizations have to face various cultural, ethical and social issues. Cultural Perspectives

Culture is the way things are usually done and with respect to business every organization has their own culture from employees' dress code to the approach of open door policy. Some factors are regarded ethical in a culture of one country but on the other hand they are portrayed as unethical in another country according to the economic and political conditions prevailing within a society. However, ethics is even a part of culture and as per National Business Ethics Survey (NBES) 2011 the weak ethic culture has prevailed to 42 percent.

Nike Corporation

The Nike Corporation started to emerge as Blue Ribbon Sports which was founded by Philip Knight and Bill Bowerman (DeTienne & Lewis, 2005). It had been like an apple's eye for critics during the period of 2000. The company has a competitive advantage over cost and labor from the productions in Japan and later expanding their product line by outsourcing manufacturing to developing countries like Pakistan. The poor economic conditions of Pakistan are quite explicit where people are unemployed and get easily involved in criminal activities for the sake of satisfying their basic need.
