Conventional patterns of teaching do not stress very much on knowledge how to acclimatize one's abilities to diverse populaces. I took a comprehensive course on cultural matters that covers the main subject matter of: Cultural Incompetence in International Organization. Global firms have a "culture" of protocols, processes, plans, and courses, and take account of certain principles, attitudes, theories, and mores. Culture in the organization mainly echoes normal traditions in its sense of time direction, awareness, and exercise of time. Managerial culture may not provide itself to culture capability, so that is where competency building appears. Global organization that is culturally competent carries together understanding with reference to diverse groupings of populace and changes it into values, guiding principles, and rules that make everything function well.

It integrated resourceful lectures, self reflection practices and society service. I recognized that cultural competency denotes an aptitude to act together successfully with populace of diverse cultures and social backgrounds, mainly in the framework of human resource management, nonprofit firms, and governmental bureaus whose workers function with individuals from diverse culture/racial background.
