Introduction

When the employees of an organization are fair and loyal along with representing the various thinking and demographics, this enhances the chance that these employees are in a better place for understanding the needs and sensibilities of the customers. When the organization seeks for a diverse mix in the skills and culture, it increases their access to the large pool of individuals. It also enhances their chance to find the proper and appropriate person who will fit properly in the organization. Those organizations which are placing the people first and are concerned about the physical disability, gender, religions or race, the increase their chances to find the correct person.

This essay is focused on determining the way established goals are achieved in the diversity programs, the factors which are lacking in the diversity programs along with identifying the various interventions for addressing the deficiencies as they relate to the diversity programs.

Discussion

There are many reasons which are recognized by the companies to develop a workforce which is diverse along with retaining and sustaining it through the strategy of inclusion and diversity. The companies are competing in the global market due to which they are in the continuous effort to understand the shift in the consumer base. Presently there are 83 percent of the global talent that comprise of the minorities and women. The women are also increasing in numbers in terms of numbers in graduating from college (Ann, nod.).

As the presence of a diverse staff will not ultimately result in the increase in the bottom line. In order to do so, it is important to look at various marketing strategies which will result in the focus of products to the specific customer base.

The GFE encourages the facility driven events of diversity which result in enhancing the experience of customer along with increasing the associate development. The commitment of the company towards diversity is very strong. The compensation of the officer is linked with the achievement of the diversity goals. When the managers of the selected company and company officers do not meet the diversity goals at their individual levels, the bonuses are declined by almost 15 percent. Presently, all the officers have achieved their diversity goals and almost 99 percent of the members from the management have also achieved the GFE goals of diversity.
