Introduction

Cultural Competence is the capability of an individual or an organization, and its employees to converse efficiently, and to portray information in a way that is conveniently interpreted, and designed for various audiences (Jeffreys, 2010) By engaging the use of materials and languages, a person can cater to the needs of particular target groups which make the flow of communication better. Communication is an important part of every sphere of our lives.
