In this scenario, the CEO and President, Sheila, of the park proposed an idea to expand their business and construct a water park on the undeveloped land (Anonymous, 2013). On the other hand, the brother of CEO, George, proposed entirely different idea. According to his opinion, they must build a zoo and safari park. According to his views, the safari park would be more profitable for them, as compared to a water park. He proposed this opinion because he thinks that, during winter season people would not take tickets of water parks. In the mean time, Sheila, claimed that safari park would not attract people, as a water park would do.
