Introduction

Cross cultural perspectives affect the people in various work places, universities and societies in different ways. Debate and discourse on whether cross cultural perspectives effects in a positive or negative way is on a high. Recently a panel, “Ethics Across Cultures” was arranged by the Student Leadership and Ethics Board and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics.
