As the increase in global world, business environments include people from different cultural backgrounds. This system helps in managing these differences so as to a better succeed in this diverse environment. In today's business world multicultural business world is on rise and they frequently come across cultural differences, which can get in the way with the successful completion of tasks. There are specific studies being made to propose a set of cultural dimensions along which centralized value system can be ordered. This system can affect the human thinking, acting, feeling and the behaviour of institutions and organizations in unsurprising ways (Adler, 1983).

The Affects Of Cross Culture to the Organization

There are many problems that arise while managing a cross cultural or international organization. First is the power distance, the members of the organization who are less powerful and they look forward that power should be distributed equally. The problem is created due to the degree of human inequality and functioning. The uncomfortable or comfortable feeling that develop within the members of the cross culture program known as uncertainty avoidance. In this situation the main problem is where the society is willing to try and control the uncontrollable. Making an uncomfortable situation, calm and suitable for the members. Collectivism vs Individualism where individual are meant to look after themselves or remain incorporated into groups, which is usually around the family.
