Culture is a shared set of meanings among community of people who develop a common model from shared experiences. So, from this statement of Zapf one can say that culture for a different region must be different. This difference of culture plays a vital part in conducting the business smoothly while operating in multicultural teams (Verluyten, 2000, pp. 56-58).

Every country of the world has a distinct culture of its own. People living in a particular country relate to the norms and values of the society. There are values that are drastically different in various cultures and societies. The dressing pattern, languages spoken, colours, buildings, architecture et al differ in different cultures. People to America have different values as compared to the values in Jordan (Trompenaars, 2000, pp. 44-67). With globalization taking roots in the world economy and people having access to TV channels of the world, the whole planet has shrunk. People all over the world are now exposed to all sorts of cultures and values starting right from the very bizarre to very classic and highly educated. No one can now stay in complete isolation from other cultures and their impact. Now culture cannot be seen in complete isolation from the rest of the world. The mingling of cultures has given way to a new phenomenon of cross cultures where a blend of indigenous or local and alien or foreign values portray a unique picture where some values are common among all yet each one of them differ in various ways (Verluyten, 2000, pp. 56-58).

The culture of Jordan is based on the elements of Eastern Europe with a large influence in Western culture appeared recently (Schneider, 2003, pp. 42-56). Of the Kingdom of Jordan was always the intersection with the three continents of the ancient world, and it seems that there is always a form of diversity in any particular points due to its location. Salient aspects of culture, including music and sports, especially football and basketball, as well as other sports mainly imported from Western Europe and the United States. Arab custom in the region, will be found in Jordan, as the tradition of generosity and good treatment for the guest, and the treatment between persons, and others will not find a lot of difference between Jordan and other Arab countries, which distinguishes Jordan is the homogeneity and intermingling between culture, the culture of the country surrounding it, such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Palestine and Syria (Shelton, 2003, pp. 14-21).

Whereas, American culture began to develop even before the U.S. became a country. In its earliest form was influenced by British culture, due to colonial ties with the British that spread the English language, legal (legal) system and other cultural inheritance.
