There are many social, cultural, economic and political issues which contributes in making the viable decision for the company. All these factors require the through consideration as all these factors are co related with one another. One of the important factors in today's business work is the communication factor which sometimes plays sole reason in the success or failure of the business. Communication channels must be established for the smooth work flow. As in today's business world one activity is being performed in one part of the world and other activity on other part of the world, this require the smoothly communication between all the units. Literature review

Culture is a word which has different meaning and explanations it cannot be explained in one word as there are many complexities attached with this word.( Steers 2005). It is originated from the Latin word “Corele” which means to cultivate. There are many definitions defining the aspects of culture. The culture may be defined as “the collection of beliefs, values, behaviors, customs, and attitudes that distinguish the people of one society from those of another” (Steers 2005,p. 137). Culture in inhered from generation to generation as t has deep history .

Culture is something that cannot be noticed by one own self it is always observed by other as the metaphor is often used to describe the culture (Steers 2005, p. 137) it can b e explained that how people behave, react and process different things are noticed by others and need to be changed in case of problem( Di Lazio 2001, p. 57)

In this particular scenario we will be examining the business culture and how it influences the business practices of the business conducted all over the world.
