Introduction

There has been a significant increase in the number of process concerning civilian oversight of law enforcement employed by areas and nations in the year 1990. Civilian supervision of law enforcement is a result of the police force task's failure to encourage the community that agencies have the capability to hold officials answerable for their acts. With the rise of the issue on the subject of the performance of the police officials, two major concerns have appeared which have demanded the requirement of both a cautious Civilian Review Board and ethical oversight in the criminal justice profession (Trone, 2002).
