Ans1- The title certainly reflects the content of the Chapter because the whole book is based on Conflict Resolution. There were several issues that were mentioned about Conflict Resolution in the book. There were two chapters in the book that carried a lot of value which were Chapter 2 and Chapter 4. The Chapter 2 had a detailed analysis regarding the basic principles of Conflict Resolution and it also provided the important guidelines that are implemented in various organizations. On the other hand, Chapter 4 highlighted the application of the concept of Conflict Resolution in various organizations. It basically looked at the practical side of the topic that did not have any theoretical aspect. This was indeed one of the major requirements of Chapter 4. Therefore, it is quite clear that the title of the book reflected the contents of the book.
