Ans1- The title certainly reflects the content of the Chapter because the whole book is based on Conflict Resolution. There were several issues that were mentioned about Conflict Resolution in the book. There were two chapters in the book that carried a lot of value which were Chapter 2 and Chapter 4. The Chapter 2 had a detailed analysis regarding the basic principles of Conflict Resolution and it also provided the important guidelines that are implemented in various organizations. On the other hand, Chapter 4 highlighted the application of the concept of Conflict Resolution in various organizations. It basically looked at the practical side of the topic that did not have any theoretical aspect. This was indeed one of the major requirements of Chapter 4. Therefore, it is quite clear that the title of the book reflected the contents of the book.

Ans2- The premise of the Chapter 2 is mainly focused on the basic concepts of Conflict Resolution. The initial objective was to complete the insight of the concept of Conflict Resolution which had a lot of value in the whole book. There are several issues that carry immense value in the concept of Conflict Resolution. The major part is the application of the concept of Conflict Resolution which has a significant value for the organizations. Therefore, there is the premise of the Chapter 1.

Ans3- There was several major supporting points that were developed in the Chapter 5. The issues were not only related to Conflict Resolution but it also had relationship with other aspects. All these points turn out to be supporting factors because they assist for the implementation of Conflict Resolution. A discussion would take place regarding several aspects related to Conflict Resolution that carries immense value for organizations. The word conflict is ambiguous and mobile, as the context may have different interpretations, but is frequently used when people define the concept of conflict resolution. Conflict is an interaction of interdependent people who perceive incompatible goals and interference from each other to achieve these goals. They can also use the definition of Adam Curle which states that there is no conflict when an individual, community, nation or even an international bloc wants something that cannot be achieved unless at the expense of another individual or group that also desired. The resolution of conflicts is, therefore, that branch of political science which attempts to resolve the antagonisms that arise at both the local and global. It does not exclude violence as one of its methods, basing the analysis on the social place where the conflict occurs.
