Introduction

The US economy has become the most crucial issue in terms of the rising cost in foods, facilities, utilities housing, health care, education or fuel and scruffy by the financial crisis. Americans have faced anxiety about their futures as there is decline getting noticed in the middle class moving towards the increasing ranks of unemployment and low wage workers. Simultaneously, country is encountering income gap increase.

Discussion and Analysis

Government is responsible for reporting on poverty states the rise in poverty level of USA. In August 2009, more than 816,000 Americans fell below the poverty line raising a number to 37.3 million in 2011 August (the U.S. Census Bureau released data), which is approximately, increase of 12.5% of population. Child poverty rate also increased to 18% by 2011 from 17% in 2010. Another report from Bureau of Labor Department Statistics had presented a blur report for the coming generation. It is expected that unemployment will increase by 6.1%, and decrease in payroll will be 84,000 jobs (US Census Bureau [USCB], 2011).

The Critical Race & Imperative Theory

Delgado and Stefancic inform us that Critical Race Theory borrows from two forceful movements - serious lawful studies and essential feminism (Delgado, 2001). From critical authorized study, it got the principle of legal indeterminacy - the idea that not every legal case has one correct outcome. Also, it borrowed the idea that favorable precedent tends to deteriorate over time. From feminism, it borrowed insights into the relationship between power and the construction of social roles. Kant's interpretive theory of ethics defines the morality of duty and ethics. It emphasizes on morality of actions rather than its consequences.

Understanding the persistence of poverty and inequality in the US

In most modern societies, the experience for racial minorities and ethnicity can differ greatly from that of the majority. Broadly speaking, critical race theory, examine how the social construct of race and discrimination affects the experience and interaction between people belonging to the racial majority and minority in a given community. Critical race theorists strive to articulate exactly how and why race permeates the fabric of society.

If we see the rural area of America it gets filled with the faces of children with no proper health care, nutrition, child care and early education. It gives out the clear visibility of concentrated poverty and lack of educational level which leads to, many criminal activities. We can clearly see that poor people are helping themselves with two three jobs at a time a yet they are not able to meet their ends up.
