Prior to this assignment, I was only aware of the use of atomic bomb by United States of America. After doing this assignment, my perception has changed. I have become accustomed to viewing this thing from another aspect now.

In the due course of writing this essay, I faced difficulties with the results. I am still in confusion as to why the arguments in the petition were not taken seriously. Personally, I am not much inclined to history and the underlying aspects; therefore it was not one of my most liked assignments. Moreover, thus letter was a little short one; however, finding the ethos, pathos and logos was an interesting part.

I have chosen the article “A Petition to the President of the United States” by Leo Szilard. The purpose behind choosing this was that I was already a little familiar with the subject.
