The senior vice president of the company wants the management to get improved in terms of controlling the cost consumption. The retirement of the director is taken as an opportunity towards the improvement in the hierarchy to reduce the cost of the company. The new hire Erik Rasmussen's planning strategies and his leadership style are required to be evaluated.

Issues Faced by Martin Quinn

Martin Quinn as the vice president of the company is responsible for keeping a check on the performance of its employees in terms of yielding productivity. Under the management of Gustafson, the company was suffering increased level of cost. However, the employees were happy and satisfied with her management.
