Matt Damon plays a politician in the movie in which the country has great expectations. His career was soon undermined the day a tabloid reveals a less glorious episode from his past. This is the output of a political rally in a large New York hotel that David Norris (Damon) runs into a young woman (Emily Blunt), which in principle should have been escorted to the exit by officer's safety. Therefore landed in the life of man agents from a secret organization. The love affair with this woman is not pre-established plans, which were tried to replace by David on the way paved for him. Mere puppet in the service of mysterious people who can tip the world into another dimension if they want, Norris tries to thwart the course of events. And perhaps even lead the woman he loves with him (McCarthy, 2011).
Matt Damon and Emily Blunt perform well in the movie and both contribute to their mutual love convincing enough, but their relationship is not really explored. A special role is played by Anthony Mackie, a member of the agency that the legitimacy of their actions into question.
