APPELLATE BRIEF

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Mr. Sam Kant was cited with respect to the shoplifting on Thursday March 07, 2013 in Bilmart, which is a national departmental store. He was caught when he made approach towards exit door of the departmental store due to the eye witnessing of the store security and he got apprehended by the security officers of the departmental store. After that, store management and the store security were called for police assistance and the cart which was holding by Mr. Sam Kant had Hoover's Beans were not placed in the selves of the store and those were donated in the campaign which was running by the store at that time by the name of Bilmart Community Food Drive. In the mean while, police officers Mr. Kopp and Mr. Slickman came and started questioning with Mr. Sam Kant and in the light of their initial queries they cited Mr. Kant for shoplifting case.

STATEMENT OF APPEALABILITY

The appeal is made with respect to the mentioned case statement by the hired legal officer after receiving the permission from the court in order to appeal regarding to conviction of Mr. Sam Kant's action of either shoplifting or petit larceny case as a confirmation for further legal proceedings.

STATEMENT OF PARTICULARS

Mr. Sam Kant is convicted for an illegal action of either shoplifting or petit larceny which will be decided later as per the court decision. The statement of the facts involve interesting particulars which are supposed to be playing important roles in this legal case and may help in decision making regarding to conviction of Mr. Kant's status of being punished by under the law with respect to the shoplifting or petit larceny.
