Introduction

My cousin Willie Santiago had spent several years in prison for different charges. He was sent to a high school to get education but, his mind was diverted towards criminal activities. He started using drugs for the sake of enjoyment and later selling drugs to run the business. He was sentenced to prison at the early years of his student life because, he brutally beaten his classmate after having drugs. He was the symbol of threat and fear for students in the University and, he was not taking any interest in education. He wanted to earn money by illegal means and, he did not care of rules and laws of the city.

In 2008, just graduated from college Willie Santiago raped an 8-year-old girl, police arrived in the scene, he slipped away from the windows. Due to the efforts of Los Angeles police, Willie Santiago finally arrested and jailed, but in the 10 months after serving two years on parole he released. Less than two months after his release, Willie Santiago was found to be in violation of laws, raped a 13-year-old girl marijuana, thus once again caught squatting to two years imprison Willie Santiago.
