Problem Statement

The purpose of this experimental study is to test the theory for the explanation of the variation in the productivity that will be based on an individual measure for creativity and the dichotomous variable when a person is a member of a team. The independent variable is the dichotomous variable and creativity while the dependent variable is the variation on productivity.
