Creative output is mainly divided into four parts which are also known as four P's. Rhodes (1961) has explained these four P's in his efforts to search for a single definition of creativity. This can be explained by the fact that most of his extensive work is focused on creating an easier and better understanding of creativity. His analysis of these four terms too helps to build a better understanding of the influential factors that are associated with creativity. For instance, Rhodes (1961) emphasizes that the four P' (person, process, press and product) are the past principal factors of creativity itself, describing them as the characteristics and attributes of the creative person. Apart from this, Rhodes also describes the various stages of thinking that are involved in the creative process.

The term 'person' is described by a combination of an individual's personality, intellect, temperament, traits, value systems, and habits. The attributes of somebody can also influence ideas and how these ideas are being produced. For instance, things like imagination, determination and curiosity are an equally important part of personal attributes and, therefore, they are an integral part of the overall personality (Sternberg, 1988). As a person, the individual is able to create and make things. Individually, a person with a creative personality is sensitive to his surroundings. Rhodes explains that a creative person is someone who has the right attitude, knowledge, and capacity so they can properly evaluate their ideas for output. Process is an early stage which applies to desire and willingness. It mainly describes the perceptions, learning, thinking and communication that encourage an individual to behave or act in a particular way.

Therefore, I believe that my own individual personality is a combination of the traits, attributes, beliefs, ideals and concepts that I have learned throughout my life. While I have generally inherited certain traits from my parents, the development of my beliefs and concepts has mainly been the result of education. Hence, I completely agree that that personality is a combination of the personality, temperament, traits, intellect, value systems, and habits of a person.
