Introduction

Leadership is a incorporated prototype of individual character that shows a variety of personal disparities and promote constant leader sufficiency transversely a range of groups and organizational state of affairs. The theory of leadership comes from the research of the leadership which resolute a group of similar attributes that make differences among leaders and non leaders. Leader's effectiveness can be seen from its influence on the group performances and individual performance. It can also be seen from the overall efficiency of the followers. Number of scholars and researchers argued that leadership is exceptional for only selective individuals that possess the positive irreversible behaviours that cannot be developed easily. This perspective is very critical from the decades. Leaders are continuously working for the effectiveness of personal traits on leaders. It has been described in the studies that victorious leaders are completely different from the normal individuals. They acquire specific individual qualities which help in their success. Identifying and understanding these qualities will help the organizations to forecast efficiency of the leaders in leader's selection process. A leader with a vision can have a clear picture about where to go and how to achieve the organization's goals. A leader should have to be able to communicate vision properly to its followers.

Discussion

Considering that leaders are born can lead to making centre of attention to selection or right people rather than the development of individuals one have. In contrast, believing that leaders are made by the individual experiences, and to focus on finding right opportunities to build up into the leaders is more effective. Are leaders born or made is the most common question in the development of leaders. Leadership can also be explained as working with other people to attain objectives. Many people working with others are already leaders. Many researchers have been made to answer this question but no answers have been received yet. This issue is still indefinable. There is no any predictive theory which can answer this question. Debate is an essential component for making clarity about this issue. Current consent shows that it is the both. In most of the cases family experiences and genetics plays a vital role in establishing the traits and quality needed for the encouragement of the human being to lead. That also develops the interpersonal and intellectual skills of individual needed for the leadership. But today majority of researchers believe that leadership qualities does not only came from the family or genes but it can be developed through the hardship, experiences, education, skills, opportunities, mentors support and role models (Lockhart, 2006, n.d.).
