My response for the colleague on the evaluating the appraisal of employees is that I think it is an integral part of employment. Already at the stage of recruiting employer shall assess the competence of individuals to work ACCEPTANCE. After the employment of the employee every major decision related to granting him a higher salary, bonuses, awards or promotion often involves or requires an assessment of its performance.
