Introduction

Students came from diverse cultural background, have different beliefs and traditions, have possible disabilities of learning that need to be accommodated, may possess several different development levels, students can have different behaviors and languages will vary. Being a teacher, I should make all of this work in collaboration and enhanced learning accomplishment simultaneously to met standards of education. The purpose of this paper reflects on my learning during ECE353 course - Cognitive Development of Infants & Young Children.
