In the following paragraphs, I will present the mission and vision for Country Customs; followed by a discussion on the structure and form of management that the business will bring into use. The discussion will also elaborate on how I will manage the business in order to realize the vision and achieve optimal performance in the pursuit of my vision and missions. In addition, the discussion will also evaluate the roles that Country Customs' structure, management and the leadership foundation will play in the performance of the organization.

Country Customs is an automotive repair shop that functions with the aim of providing affordable and quality repair and maintenance services to customers. The company has been established on the basis of the philosophy presented by its founder, the late William Wright Sr. In this regard, the business is essentially the practical realization of a concept that was presented years ago, and is now serving more customers every day.

Getting your automobile worked on can be an aggravating exercise these days. There are so many choices in today's vast automobile repair industry that it becomes a hassle deciding which repair shop an individual should go to. This industry is growing rapidly in an attempt to meet the increasing demand of the modern day automobile owner. In today's globalization-driven society nearly every home in America has at least two vehicles. It is only natural for the increasing number of vehicles on the road to create a demand for effective and repair and maintenance. Country Customs' mission is to help the common man get the best service for all of automotive needs; at the right price and at one place. The company's vision is to become the leading automotive service shop in the local community.

Country Customs is a family owned and operated partnership. The management structure of the company is divided into four sections; with each section representing a distinct managerial function. However, it is important to highlight at his point that the division of the company's managerial functions has been based on the categorization of the four central areas that the company deals in.
