Situation

It is a typical Saturday night in the department. You are busy. I mean busy; the "too busy to make a run to the bathroom and empty your overly distended bladder" busy. Your resident comes up to you with their next patient. At first, you think of just hearing out the chief complaint, telling them what to order, and moving on to the next patient.
