From the groups that are described by Corey, I would like to lead the counseling and therapy group. I will keep in mind the following things when leading this group:

The main thing for conducting any counseling or therapy session is the trust. Trust has to be built in connections with one another. For building this trust, the leader of the therapy or group session should have to form relationships by working in collaboration with the members of the group and should be real to them.
