Advanced Practice Nursing (APNs) have diversity roles, therefore, how can we perform perfectly in every single time? First of all, use critical conceiving and analytic skill to elaborate the knowledge (Radzyminski, 2005). It has been recurring that nursing is an art, however, nursing still need science to analyse. Knowing that and knowing how are the two most important abilities for assisting us to build critical thinking and analytic skill as critical conceiving is self-judgment and analyse is to discover the clues to support the judgment. Every time when I join the course, we habitually get simultaneously as a little assembly to expand and to critically investigate our considered through the educator questions. It is a challenge for me because I was not utilised to it when I had the nursing education in Taiwan. We habitually listen to the teacher's concept without critical thinking (Stefanos, 2005).

Through the course contents, we have to discover environmental consideration, ethical considerations, nationwide and state wellbeing principle and services, and collaboration. We are not only perform comprehensive wellbeing assessment but also have the responsibility to rendezvous purchaser needs through both nationally and internationally view. Economic concern is significant as well because of the current healthcare environment. The change of demographics and way of life are the dispute for the expert healthcares. The need for pharmaceuticals cost, the lengths of clinic stay, dwelling care services and extend care have been increasing (Dorothy,B. et al., 2003). Therefore, ANPs should understand wellbeing advancement and wellbeing defence interventions which are encompassed dwelling visits, every day telephone call, doctor backup are significant to decrease wellbeing dangers, then, use the two strategies can decrease healthcare cost much smaller and re-hospitalization. Moreover, we should understand the medication management. If we have an sophisticated pharmacology learning and be able to prescribe, then we can provide high value services and command costs (Madrean, & Fadwa, 2006).

Overall, these learning contents are endeavouring to train us to have collaborating skill. This can help us to coordinate what the patient needs exactly. For instance, to coordinate discharge planning with patients, physicians, caregivers, nursing staff, and social staff even community resource groups as soon as patients in the hospital keep follow-up the plans and see if it needs to consult with physicians and other counseling when problems are encountered. Also, having a good connection ability can help us to assessment easier, and will have productive wellbeing teaching in nursing. Following discharge, we still have to contact with patients and their family by phone and home visit (Radzyminski, 2005).
