It is based in United Kingdom, which is one of the retailers for consumer electronics largest in Europe. The company operates Dixons Travel and Dixons.co.uk, Curry. Digital and Electro World reserves along with various brands across the Europe it includes advent computers and Pixmania (Thorelli, 1996, pp. 49-56).

It also sells other products and services, parts, mobile services, parts and pre-recorded retiling groups. They trade around1, 200 stores and online, spanning around 28 countries and has employed around 38,000 people.
