Introduction

Management with stakeholders and their responsibilities which needs to be performed and other ethical principle under which the hospital's negative situation can be converted into the positive and favorable for the management as well as the patients, to prevent them from the negligence by the healthcare staff.

Discussion

Dealing with Internal and External Stakeholders

In the hospital Dr. Do Right would be dealing with the stakeholders of hospital on daily basis, some of them are mentioned below including both the stakeholders as internal and external. Stakeholder would be an individual, group of people, organization, system or member who influences or can be influenced by the actions of an organization. Similarly for managing the stakeholder for the hospital is also plays a vital role for performing their operational activities. Internal and external stakeholders are very essential for any organization. The overall hospital operations are performed by the help of the internal stakeholders such as Doctors, Administration staff, Nurses, and therapist (Bentham, 1988). All professionals are performed their jobs as well as focuses on patient's welfare.

Not only internal stakeholders are important for the hospital but external stakeholders are also plays a vital role in it. With them the hospital cannot be survived and must not perform their part in the society. Some of the major external stakeholders are Shareholders, patients, equipment provider (supplier) and organizers who conduct several workshops and seminars amongst people for spreading awareness against some diseases. The most important stakeholders for the hospital are patients because for serving them their services. For looking after the patient or providing good healthcare services is the main task for the hospital or healthcare institutions. Since, Dr. Do Right serving their best possible facilities especially to the patient. For this he was focusing on the practices of the stakeholders such as nurses and doctors, as they obliged to performed their responsibilities as per the requirement for the organization and also justify their own roles in this profession. Since it was mentioned in the paragraph that most of the staff including nurses and doctors were not performing their job responsibilities as they had to, instead of that they were practicing adversely and illegally, cause of the deaths of the patients. This was totally unacceptable being medical practitioners; regardless their acts they should obliged to avoid such nonprofessional acts as nobody is allowed to play with other lives. Moreover the external stakeholders, who provided the equipments and medicines for the patients, have more responsibility which needs to be performed. Dr. Do Right focuses on such issues and unable to afford the negligent with their work, nevertheless of stakeholders type either internal or external.
