This paper is based on the topic of corporate environmental reporting. In today's world, regularizing the corporate reporting standards and operations has become a debatable issue and the organizations are taking it seriously in the wake of globalization. The main elements of corporate businesses are: protection of trade secrets and confidential information, computer reporting, homeland reporting, reporting of buildings and facilities, physical reporting, safety, reporting, communications, reporting, economic and contractual activities, reporting of cargo and persons, reporting, advertising, cultural , events, business meetings and negotiations, fire safety, environmental safety, radiation and chemical safety, competitive intelligence, information-analytical work, advocacy, socio-psychological, courteously and preventive work among the staff and train them on issues of economic reporting expert verification mechanism for reporting system (Jones, 2010, pp. 123-138).

Discussion

According to the author of the article, “permanent environmental degradation - is alarming, which gives promise for a more rigorous control over the observance of environmental norms and regulations in connection with this, large corporations can no longer do without a certain management strategy of their investment projects”. There is a need of forming business entities of environmental information. In order to build an adequate system of corporate governance, it is important to clearly understand how it can be used by environmental information (Elisabeth, 2007, pp.34-38).
