Introduction

The process which drives the development and creation of innovative ideas is called Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship identifies new business opportunities through systematic process with involvement of the market change. The total process where organizations seeks to adopt proactive, innovative and risk-taking ways to help organizations is called Corporate entrepreneurship. This paper is developed to evaluate and synthesizes three journal articles about corporate entrepreneurship. This paper provides insightful information of corporate entrepreneurship. This paper is based on the two parts. The first part will be discussing tree articles on corporate entrepreneurship. In this part we will be discussing the main issues highlighted in the article, also we will be conducting a comparison of the agreement and disagreement among the articles. The second part will raise questions to interview entrepreneurs about corporate entrepreneurship.

Discussion

Business growth and its competitiveness are the main tasks in every business. Entrepreneurship is about the chasing of these growths through innovative and creative ideas. However, this is all about creation of ideas into reality. Entrepreneurship can sometimes be the reason of failure. But this will be part of learning experience and this will be the reason to build necessary business foundations.

Corporate entrepreneurship is defined as the process whereby organizations can take risks, act innovatively and adopt proactive ways. Following internal resources can leverage the adoption;

To begin innovation or renewal in the organization

To develop entrepreneur thinking, that means adoption of internal markets

To ensure innovation, growth and change by pursuing competitive advantage within

organization

To manipulate on innovative talents for the identification of potential business within the

organization
